Dingle Fourth Single Pot Still Release

Nose A feast of desserts; sticky toffee pudding, black forest gateaux and butterscotch ice cream.
Palate Dark fruits, figs and raisins come to the fore, followed by dark chocolate and chopped nuts.
Finish Dark Chocolate and spice. Soft wood and leather notes linger long.

Bushmills 2008 The Muscatel Cask

Nose Velvety smooth sweetness, caramelised toffee sugars with a note of orange flower.
Palate Sweet dried fruit producing a warming mouthfeel, a hint of citrus leads into a rich vanilla floral smoothness.
Finish A burst of sweet raisin.

Dram 3

Teeling Blackpitts Peated Single Malt

Nose Barbeque smoke and cloves are intermingled with fresh notes of butterscotch and orange peel.
Palate A blend of applewood smoke, honey and all-spice are married with stewed pears and fresh grilled pineapple.
Finish A return of a savoury smoke over a lingering wood undertone which combines well with notes of salted caramel.
